Letter From Alexander Cameron

From a website of a Watts researcher:

We know that he [John Watts] died between October 20, 1770 and March 4, 1771.

In a letter dated April 29, 1771, from Alexander Cameron to John Stuart about a March 4, 1771, meeting....(Gage Papers #5295 102).

The Gage Papers were referenced; was it the Gage Papers housed at the Clements Library at the University of Michigan?
