HULDAH E⁵ CAMERON (ALEXANDER⁴, DONALD DANIEL³, ALEXANDER², JOHN¹) was born 08 Apr 1863 in Lyon, Oakland, Michigan, USA (her marriage record and her death record both stated that she was born in Ann Arbor).  She died 26 Dec 1901 in Lansing, Ingham, Michigan. 

An e-mail was received from one of Huldah (Cameron) Mills' descendants and permission granted to use the information below:

"...the train accident that killed (the e-mailer's) great grandmother Huldah Cameron Mills, and her daughter 'Kitty' Catherine Isabell Mills.  They were driving a horse & buggy, the train whistle was not functioning properly, there was a lot of snow, they did not see the train coming and the horse and buggy were hit this happened the day after Christmas 12/26/1901.  It was a gruesome accident.  It was in the Lansing State Journal on Friday 12/27/1901. The other copy I have is for Friday, January 3, 1902 (Jury Didn't Fix Blame.  Library of Mich, Law Library 3730360 State Archives 3731408). Mother and daughter were buried together at the Glendale Cemetery, Okemos, Michigan."

Huldah married IRA EUGENE MILLS 02 Feb 1881 in Michigan. [Daniel & Minnie Cameron were witnesses to the Mills' marriage] He was born Mar 1858 in Pennsylvania (or New York per 1930 census), and died Aft. 1930 in Michigan. In 1900 The Mills' family was living in Meridian Township, Ingham County, MI.

iv. DWIGHT EUGENE MILLS, b. 08 Feb 1889, Meridian, Ingham, Michigan; d. 20 Jun 1964, Meridian, Michigan.  In 1910 Dwight was living in his widowed father's household.  On 25 Nov 1914 Dwight married Elsie Brenner.  In 1930 Dwight, age 41, and Elsie, age 37, were living in Eaton Co., MI, with their children Donald, 8, and Charles, 5, as well as Dwight's father Ira, age 72.
