Alexander Cameron the younger of the Township of Cornwall yeoman--praying for 200 acres of land as son of Alexander Cameron of the 4th Concession of the said Township of Cornwall, a UE Loyalist...Alexander Cameron of Cornwall came from the United States of America, and joined the Royal Standard in the year 1779, and served as a private soldier in the King's late regiment called the King's Royal Regiment of New York until the reduction in the year 1783 and is now settled in this place with a numerous family, and a good Inhabitant, and as I thought might to be on the UE List...
