From the History of the islands and islets in the Bay of Fundy, Charlotte County, New Brunswick [microform] : from their earliest settlement to the present time, including sketches of shipwrecks and other events of exciting interest:
A triangular piece of land formed by the line extending from Nett Point, north twenty-eight degrees west,
twenty-eight chains, until it strikes the line at the highway, of the original Flagg and Sprague lots, became
the property of Lieut. John Cameron on which reside his two daughters, his grandsons, Capt. Pettes, Peter
Dixon, and his grand-daughter, Mrs. E. A. Dixon, and other descendants, and numerous other families. A
long, narrow strip of land runs longitudinally on the south of tho latter line and highway, extending along
the shore of Flagg's Cove to Drake's Dock and further.
