"John Cameron came from Fort William, Inverness-shire, Scotland....took up lots of land now owned by his grandson John."

"His eldest son Hugh...lived on the homestead.  He had seven sons and six daughters; he died about 1867."

"John and Alexander are the only two living in this section; Hugh, a farmer, lives in Ottawa."
