The obituary of hockey player William A. Cameron on February 4, 1972, in the Buckingham (Quebec) Post.
He lived in Cleveland and played hockey for Pittsburgh. World War I interrupted his hockey career as he served in the 21st Battalion. In 1923 he turned professional with the Montreal Canadians. In 1925 he was sold to the
NY Americans (later the Rangers) Mr. Cameron had honor of playing for the opening of Madison Square Gardens.
